The Â鶹ÉçÇø Political Action Committee

The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC is a voluntary, nonpartisan political action committee established by Â鶹ÉçÇø in accordance with federal law. The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC is not funded by corporate dollars. It is funded solely from the voluntary, personal contributions from its members, who are primarily Â鶹ÉçÇø employees. The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC is governed by the Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC Board, a group of senior leaders from across the company. These leaders are appointed to this role by our CEO. The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC undergoes annual audits and reports findings to the Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC Board, our CEO, and the Audit Committee of Â鶹ÉçÇø’ Board.

The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC is the sole method Â鶹ÉçÇø uses to make political contributions, and Â鶹ÉçÇø does not make direct contributions with Â鶹ÉçÇø’ funds or other assets to candidates for US federal, state or local office [or for ballot initiatives, political parties, or section 527 entities].

The Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC supports candidates seeking federal office, as well as selected state and local offices, national political organizations, and other political action committees. Contributions are made on the basis of a candidate or candidates’ policy positions on issues of importance to the aerospace and defense industry as well as their representation of Â鶹ÉçÇø employees and facilities. Contributions are reviewed with the Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC Board and the Vice President of Government Relations provides political contribution updates to the Â鶹ÉçÇø Board or Nominating and Governance Committee on a regular basis.

You can find a full list of all candidates and committees to which Â鶹ÉçÇø PAC has contributed .
